Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and packaging cannot be damaged.
EXCHANGES:
Please include a check, money order, or cash in the amount of $7.00 for the handling and shipping fees (If three or more items are being exchanged, please include an additional $4.00 to your fees). If the monies are NOT included with the merchandise being returned for exchange, your credit card on file WILL be charged the required fees to process the exchange.
Items being returned for exchanges MUST be in brand new, resalable condition as clearly stated above. If you return product that is not in its original condition as received, you will be charged a repackaging fee of up to 30% of the retail value of the product. Items returned in damaged/used condition will be rejected.
RETURN FOR REFUND:
A refund will be remitted to you via your credit card account or via company check for the merchandise amount minus the original shipping and handling fees, and restocking fee. If you had received FREE SHIPPING on your original order, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping/handling costs. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you.
After an order has been processed a 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all canceled orders including items on back order.
Free promotional merchandise associated with your purchase must be included with your return, or we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for the full retail fee of the promotional item. All promotional items must be returned in original, brand-new condition as stated above.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If you are in receipt of an item that is defective, the item must be returned to us within 10 days of the buyer's receipt of defective merchandise. We DO NOT issue Call Tags. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed defective by our Returns Department, a new item will be shipped out to you. You will not be charged a reshipment fee.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Extreme Tactical does not offer any warranty or guarantee on items that are shipped outside of the United States. All warranties are to be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please be advised that many manufacturers will not honor their warranties for customers outside of the United States. For this reason, Extreme Tactical strongly recommends that customers outside of the United States purchase these products directly from their local dealers. Should a defective item be sent back to Extreme Tactical without prior consent from the return’s department, it will be at the discretion of the return’s department to handle the situation accordingly.

Extreme Tactical, Inc. reserves the right and will charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the retail value of any and all merchandise that is returned for a refund.

All returned items sent back in used and/or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. If customers reject their return shipment (rejected due to ineligibility), Extreme Tactical, Inc. reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

Extreme Tactical, Inc. reserves the right to charge the FULL shipping fee for ANY and ALL other merchandise returned under the application of the Return-Shipment UPS label.
Warranty Information Extreme Tactical, Inc. does not offer any warranty on any product. By law, manufacturers are responsible for all warranties they offer with their products. We may assist customers beyond our return period if we have specific arrangements with that manufacturer to do so. In most cases we will provide the customer the means to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. We will not take items back once our return period has elapsed. At times we may offer an extended warranty for particular items. These offers will only cover the listed items. In all other cases the customer is responsible for dealing with the manufacturer on warranty issues.
Blackhawk Flashlights
If you receive a defective Blackhawk flashlight or your Blackhawk flashlight has a manufacturer’s defect, you must contact Blackhawk’s repair center directly at 800-694-5263 X 3213. Blackhawk’s repair center will be able to determine the nature of the defect, and they will decide whether your light should be repaired or replaced. We cannot accept any defective Blackhawk lights that are sent back to our facility.
5.11 Light For Life Warranty/Repair
The 5.11 Light For Life™ comes with a limited lifetime warranty and its internal components are rated for a life of over 50,000 cycles. (That adds up to more than 135 years if you use and recharge the light once a day!) The flashlight’s body is made from a state-of-the-art polymer that is impact, abrasion and water resistant to stand up to the intense duty we know you’ll put it through.

5.11, Inc. (“5.11”) warrants each Light for Life™ product (“Product”) sold by 5.11 or its authorized dealers to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the Product, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Please note, however, that 5.11 warrants the chargers for Light for Life™ products for a period of one year from the date of purchase, but the chargers are otherwise subject to the same terms and conditions of this warranty.
Exclusions from Coverage
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

Products purchased other than from 5.11 or from an authorized 5.11 dealer.

Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.

Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.

Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.

Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.

Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages (although some states in the United States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you). This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by 5.11 relating to the product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, 5.11 disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

If 5.11 determines that the product is defective, 5.11 will either replace the product or repair the product. All determinations made by 5.11 will be within 5.11’s sole discretion. All returns by 5.11 in the United States will be sent using ground shipping; shipments being returned to a P.O. Box will be made using U.S. Mail. All returns to international customers will be sent using standard shipping.
Please note that this guarantee does not affect our statutory rights.

RETURN POLICY: Item(s) must be in Original Packaging & appear unused; proof of purchase must be provided at time of return. Returns are only accepted with in 7 days of purchase & a re-stocking fee up to 25% may apply. Apparel/Footwear must have tags in tact, be unworn, and in re-sellable condition (can not smell like cigarette smoke, perfume/cologne, detergent, have any tears, etc ;) ETI Employees may use their own discretion.

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for equal or greater value; if exchange is made for a an item that is less than the original purchase a store credit will be issued for difference of cost.
Special Orders: All orders require a minimum of 50% down or payment in full, depending on merchandise. Cancellation of order will result in restocking fee up to 50% If an order is changed or an exchange is requested once merchandise has been shipped 10% (of order total) or $25 fee (whichever is greater) will be charged to the order.
