This companion to the Foul Weather Parka II can be worn by itself and features a water-repellent surface that sheds rain and snow. It zips in and out of the F5407 parka and also features a full zip-through collar and two zip-front welt pockets. Waist drawstrings have barrel locks. Easily laundered and made in the USA.
